About
Our History
The year 2018, marking 100 years since the birth of the UAE’s Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, was declared by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the late president of the UAE, as the Year of Zayed. That same year, Ora initiated the Zayed Early-Learning Framework (ZELF) to honour the UAE’s founding father, hoping to inspire young people to understand the UAE president’s visionary values and principles not just in 2018, but in the future as well.

Our Mission
Ora is keen to lead the future of early childhood development in Dubai. Igniting the spirit of childhood, ideas, and hope, the Nursery of the Future delivers a state-of-the-art, experiential learning environment to equip children with the skillsets they need to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Our Experience
By empowering children to explore their individuality, Ora offers them the tools needed to craft a future beyond the next hundred years. Our progressive educators, with vast experience in forward-thinking Nordic countries, the UK, and other nations, as well as the visionary of our nursery, encourage young people to engage in not just the learning process but the teaching process as well.
Our Team
We believe that educators are more than just teachers. They reflect on what children reveal during their early-year journeys and use their insights to adapt and refine the direction of our Zayed Early Learning Framework, playing the role of active researchers.
All educators are first-aid qualified, and we have a fully qualified nurse on site.
We adhere to a close educator-to-child ratio of:
- 1:3 for children under 12 months
- 1:4 for children aged 13–24 months
- 1:6 for children aged 24–36 months
- 1:8 for children aged 36–48 months
